I am a growth leader obsessed with turning good ideas into sustainable growth. I bring deep direct management experience leading teams through growth and transitions, with responsibility for operations, technology, HR, finance, and programs.
My nonprofit background spans co-founding two organizations in New York City, board and strategic adviser roles, and frontline work everywhere I've lived. In North Carolina, I've worked closely with the founder of PORCH Communities to replicate a volunteer-based hunger relief model across 15 states. In my role at Duke Community Affairs, I worked with Durham-based nonprofits in education, workforce development, housing, and hunger relief.
I bring a fluency for using digital applications to help missions improve reach and service, developed through decades of work in the tech industry. My executive and leadership experience spans IBM Watson, Contentsquare, PeopleDoc (acquired by UKG), and Microsoft, among others. I am passionate about using and advocating for the policies supporting AI for Good.
I am a proud Goodmon Fellow, Certified Interim Executive, member of NC Women Applying AI, and co-founder of the Queen's Club of Chapel Hill.
My approach is assets-based, with honest insights and a dose of humor. My goal is to uplift your mission and team and, ultimately, make myself obsolete.
